Hanshek is an independent platform designed to facilitate user connections, discovery, and communication.

• An employer, recruiter, or dating guarantor.
• A marketplace operator responsible for completed transactions.

Any transaction, job arrangement, sale, purchase, service agreement, or relationship initiated through Hanshek is solely between the interacting users. We do not collect, process, hold, or distribute money on behalf of users for any arrangements. Therefore, Hanshek cannot provide refunds or intervene in payment disputes.

2. User Responsibility and Risk Approval

Your use of the Platform and your reliance on any information, users, or offers found on the Platform is solely at your own risk.

Hanshek does not guarantee or endorse:

• The true identity, age, or intentions of any user.
• The legitimacy, honesty, or safety of any user or offer.
• The quality, legality, safety, or satisfactory completion of any service, job, or sale.

You are strictly responsible for conducting your own due diligence (evaluating users, verifying claims, checking references) before choosing to communicate, meet, hire, buy from, or otherwise interact with another user.

3. Offline Meetings and Personal Safety

If you choose to meet another person offline or off the Platform based on an interaction that began on Hanshek, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise users to take appropriate safety precautions, including but not limited to:

• Meeting in public, well-lit spaces.
• Informing a trusted friend or family member of your whereabouts.
• Arranging your own transportation.
• Protecting your personal and financial information.

Hanshek accepts no liability for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from offline meetings or communications that occur outside of the Platform.

4. External Links Disclaimer

The Platform may contain (or you may be sent through the Platform) links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information offered by third-party websites linked through the site or any website or feature linked in any banner or other advertising. We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.

Your interactions with others and your use of the Platform are solely your responsibility.

If you encounter a user violating our Terms of Service (e.g., scammers, harassment, illegal content), please report them immediately via our in-app reporting tools or by contacting contact@hanshek.com. While we reserve the right to ban users, we are not legally obligated to police all content or compensate victims of user-to-user misconduct.
